There are also several potential positive impacts on both the participants and the broader Black community. By centering Black voices, experiences, and expertise, the project creates a platform for self-reflection and discussion, fostering a deeper understanding of what contributes to mental well-being. The research generated through this project has the potential to advance knowledge on how the Black community can promote positive mental health and wellness.
