About the event
Title: “5G: knowns, unknowns, known-unknowns, and myths”
In this seminar, Professor de Vocht will present the evidence of how electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure related to mobile phone communications technology may impact on public health, with particular reference to 5G. He will discuss human exposure to non-ionizing radiation and the recent WHO syntheses of the epidemiological evidence. He will also have a look at the main myths and conspiracies theories involving 5G that are circling the internet. All this will be brought together for a discussion on the importance of EMR in public health.
