This session is open to all graduate students at Dalla Lana School of Public Health. It is the first monthly PD session of the semester.
In this session, we will explore how stress impacts learning and discuss tangible strategies to help you move forward with your work. There will be time in the session for Q&A.
We will touch on:
• How “thinking traps” that can lead to self-doubt
• Strategies to help increase and maintain motivation
• Study habits and time management, especially when working at home
• How to address procrastination and/or perfectionism and imposter phenomena
The session will not be recorded as we want to create a safe and inclusive space for all participants.
