About Harley Pasternak
Celebrity fitness and nutrition guru Harley Pasternak holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from University of Western Ontario. He is also certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, and served as an exercise and nutrition scientist for Canada’s Department of National Defense.

For over 30 years Harley and his team have designed some of the most innovative fitness facilities in the world. Projects include single-family homes, multi-family projects and Luxury hotels. While most facilities are designed with one or two brands of equipment present, Harley’s designs focus on the end-user experience and include “best in class” for each category of equipment. Harley not only designs the facilities and procures the equipment, he is also behind the design of some of the most important and widely used pieces of strength equipment in the fitness industry today.
As a fitness and nutrition specialist, Pasternak boasts the largest celebrity client roster in the industry, and has worked with the likes of Ariana Grande, Lena Heady, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Megan Fox, Robert Downey Jr., Robert Pattinson, Jessica Simpson, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Charlie Puth, Lizzo, Kim Kardashian, John Mayer, Amy Schumer, Alicia Keys, and Jennifer Hudson.

Harley is a Toronto native and currently resides with his wife and three children inLos Angeles.
About Ryan Hinds
Ryan Hinds is the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health (DLSPH), a role created to develop and implement a cohesive strategy aimed at advancing equity across the DLSPH community. Prior to this, Ryan held the role of Community Engagement Lead at Ontario Health Toronto Region (formerly the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network), where he set and executed strategies to embed the voices of patients, families, caregivers and communities into all Ontario Health (Toronto) strategies and operations. In this role, Ryan also led work driving Health Equity and that engaged and supported Indigenous communities. He graduated from the IHPME at DLSPH in 2018 with a Masters in Health Administration. Prior to that, he spent six years as a professional athlete in the Canadian Football League (CFL), winning the Grey Cup in 2015. Ryan is Guyanese born and grew up in Toronto.
