Before joining DLSPH, I trained as a public health physician and epidemiologist in London, UK. My current research is broadly concerned with climate change, energy, and public health, and asks how we govern in conditions marked by epistemic, social and political uncertainties. It is ethnographic in approach and draws in particular on anthropology and science & technology studies. For further information, please see http://www.makingsocialknowledge.com.
Other appointments
I am cross-appointed to the Department of Anthropology, University of Toronto
